All previews remain the property of Brown's Photography and must be returned within the time specified. Previews may be purchased in addition to your portrait order. (Originals remain the property of Brown's Photography and are not for sale).

All creation fees and a down payment of $175.00 must be paid before images may be taken from studio. Down payment is applied to order on return of previews. Each photograph taken at Brown's Photography is copyrighted and copying photos is strictly prohibited by law. Previews kept past 10 days will be billed at $25.00 each
